DYNAMIC: Dynamic is a 60 minute fusion of cardio, strength, balance & flexibility. This class is designed to use the most efficient & effective ways to improve your cardiovascular system & build muscle
Tabata Bootcamp: Interval program based on the Microburst training protocol. 20 seconds of high intensity exercises followed by 10 second of rest. This type of workout causes the body to take longer to recover; therefore continuously burning calories after the workout is done! You will be amazed by your fitness results.
Time After Time: A class format created by Kimberly & Linda! This class includes basic aerobic moves intertwined with burst of high intensity cardio or strength moves with the purpose of getting your heart pumping in a safe, fun, & effective way! You push yourself to the maximum - we are here to encourage you and show you how to get there! A great 30 minutes!
STEP: This class uses a step platform and high energy music to improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen the lower body. Step can combine high and low impact moves and is a great alternative to traditional cardio classes.
STEP Plus: Looking to STEP it up a notch? STEP Plus uses a STEP platform with or without risers (you choose), hand weights (3lb or 5lb), great music, and a motivating instructor. You will be Stepping with and without the hand weights for various amounts of time. Not an interval class – straight cardio. This is a great opportunity to improve endurance while burning everything!
STEP & Weights: This class takes the dynamics of cardiovascular conditioning combined with the many elements of strength for a total body workout using the step platform.
STEP & KICK & LIFT: This class delivers a fantastic cardiovascular workout by using the STEP, Jabs, Hooks, Upper Cuts AND Weights. The format has been created to keep you moving and engaged with variation as well as, creating a tired lower body using weights in order to increase the intensity of the STEP. You will love it. A constant challenge at your level.
Cardio Sculpt: Blast off with this high-energy class incorporating a combination of high and low impact moves to optimize your cardiovascular conditioning. You will use light weights to optimize your cardio work out and help tone up! Each class is set to motivating music that will get your heart pumping and your body moving.
Ball Aerobics: Get that body moving. Fun aerobics using basic steps & the exercise ball to get that heart beating and those arms strengthened!
Kick & Lift: Kickboxing with intervals of weights to improve strength, balance and create an even more intense cardiovascular workout. Basic low impact moves that WORK YOU.
KickBoxing: Bring it on! This stimulating class includes a complete upper and lower body cardio class using basic martial arts and boxing movements to improve overall endurance.
Kickboxing Bootcamp: An electric fusion of martial arts, boxing & boot camp exercises that will kick your cardio to the next level while shaping and defining your body.
Burn Baby Burn: Challenge yourself with this class that will increase muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. No fancy choreography, just skills and drills that will increase your speed, agility, strength, and stamina.
3 in 1: Cardio, Kick, & Tone: Get ready to burn fat, increase strength, endurance, speed, and agility in this high energy class. You’ll get some aerobics, followed by some jabs and kicks, along with some mat work to get toned up.
Hip Hop Cardio: Fat-burning and pulsating cardio dance class using Top 40 music. Beginners are welcomed.
Kickin' Boot Camp: This electric fusion of martial arts and boot camp movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence!
Zumba Butts & Gutts: It is a mixture of body sculpting movements incorporating easy to follow Zumba dance moves focusing on the abdominals and ‘hinnie’.
Zumba: A dance based fitness class using a fusion of Latin and International music. Learn salsa, meringue, cumbia, calypso and more……It’s Fun, different, easy and effective. Join the Party!
Mix It Up – This class is a great chance to mix it up and try something new. It includes various types of aerobics (Zumba, Hi/Lo, Kickboxing) so you can do a little bit of everything. Basic moves & lots of fun!
SPINNING – Focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race days) and recovery. It involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. Terrain based class that simulates outdoor conditions; a great way to get in a vigorous workout that burns calories, improves cardiovascular health all while keeping your muscles in shape – especially during the off season.
CORE: A workout designed to improve the strength of your abdominals and low back. The core consists of the abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes and hip flexors – Abs O Licious hits them all.
Sculpt & Tone: Develop muscular strength and endurance as well as, functional movements using a variety of controlled exercises. Weights, tubing, bands, and bars will be used to develop and strengthen the entire body.
1 HR RIP: This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, RIP is for all fitness levels.
Short on time? Try RIP 30- This approach was developed here at Fitness at The Edge. 1/2 hour RIP follows a similar format as RIP except you will use lighter weights & will be performing more repetitions as well as 'super-setting'. You will feel those muscles 'burn'.

Pilates Reformer will Transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flatter abdomen. By utilizing the pilates reformer, you will build core strength, increase flexibility, coordination, improve posture and create long, lean muscles. There is also a focus on relaxation and breathing throughout the routine. A class like no other and is very hard to find.
Pilates: Center your energy, remove stress, and revitalize your mind as you experience the class that combines the basic elements of a Pilates mat class with various yoga moves and postures.
Yoga: A unique way to integrate mind and body, without force or competitiveness. Yoga helps to develop muscle tone and improve physical condition while promoting flexibility and relaxation.
Piloxing: Innovative & effective way to get a total body workout. Piloxing combines kickboxing with Pilates. Give it a try! You’ll love it
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a type of exercise that is easy on the joints, weight bearing and relaxing. The most famous Chinese martial art style consists of fluid, gentle and graceful circular movements. These physical exercises are designed especially for self-defense and meditation.
BalaTone: Designed to effectively strengthen, tone & balance the entire body. With the integration of ballet exercises that emphasize precision and form, you will develop a leaner, more toned body and a calmer, more relaxed mind. The class will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as the instructor emphasizes basic alignment, foundation, flexibility and specific muscle actions.
Dance to The Music: Using popular music and familiar dance steps from movies and Broadway shows, this cardio dance class comes to life.
Good Ole’ Aerobics: Just like it says – Good Ole’ Aerobics. Get a great workout through movement and fun. Knee lifts, grapevines, lunges – you name it. Safe, fun and effective! You can perform the moves either low impact or high impact – the instructor will show you all options.

“Kickin’ Triceps” : get those triceps toned and strengthened –help get rid of the wave!
Double Step: Time to step it up a notch? Geared for the experience stepper, this choreographed cardiovascular class combines moves performed on two steps. Its step – times two!
Move & Groove: This easy to follow dance class incorporates high and low impact dance moves for a great cardiovascular workout. The style of dance moves and choice of music varies by instructor. Loads of fun!
You Choose The Challenge: Personal Trainer created Challenges that are available when you need them. Individual challenges developed to work individual & various body parts separated into select Challenges in order to meet the members’ needs. 15 min up to 45 min - the time needed is all up to the member and how many challenges selected. Prior to performing The Challenge, we suggest that members preview them to ensure understanding & proper form in order to yield results.
