The Group Exercise Schedule is specifically designed to meet your needs. Whether you need a class before work, late morning, during your lunch break, when school lets out, or at the end of the day, there is a class available for you.
Free Weights, Treadmills, Elipticals, Bikes (recumbent & upright), Weighted Machines, Pilates Reformer Bars & RIP Training Bars - all available for use. Spin bikes are also available for Road Challenge.
