As a member who participated in the "Lose to Win" program offered by Fitness at The Edge, I was able to jump start and continue my 'get fit' journey successfully while having fun and meeting new members!  I continue to achieve positive results by taking advantage of the personal fitness coaching available and all the great classes offered.  To date I have lost over 26 lbs and 21 inches!  Fitness at The Edge has opened my eyes to a healthy lifestyle and provides convenient, challenging and fun ways for me to achieve results.  A real Gym for Women by Women is a answer for my fitness needs.

For me, the driving factor for joining Fitness at The Edge was to improve my health.  After an annual physical, my physician informed me that my cholesterol levels were too high so he put me on medication and encouraged me to get more exercise.  When I heard that Fitness at The Edge was a women's only gym that offered weights, group exercise, and personal trainer assistance with it's membership, I knew this was a place I wanted to join.  I have been exercising regularly and just had a 6 month follow up physical with my physician.  He was happy to tell me that he was going to lower my medication dosage because my numbers looked great!  He encouraged me to continue exercising because it was definately yielding results. 
I am so thankful for Fitness at The Edge.  I have a fun, comfortable, and effective gym to work out in.
